Creative Safe Space Buy In
Unique, effective and liberating, our Creative Safe Space methodology is now available for organisations to ‘buy in’ for service users, or to build into funding bids for future programmes.
Our Creative Safe Spaces are largely offered for free with funding from Trusts and Foundations. Our Buy In scheme is aimed at organisations wishing to work with us who have their own budget to fund the sessions privately.

What is a Creative Safe Space?
The Creative Safe Space is Articulate’s one-of-a-kind methodology. An open, drop-in style art studio, it gives disadvantaged children and young people access to art materials and trained arts facilitators.
Our artists are trained in active listening and holding difficult conversations, allowing the kids to share their experiences in a place of safety, empathy and compassion, allowing complex emotions to surface that might normally remain hidden.
As well as liberating the power of self-expression through creativity, the Creative Safe Space has a deeper benefit. Through the experimental process of making art, which takes the form the young people themselves decide, thoughts, feelings, experiences and stories are explored that lead to emotional and mental wellbeing.
